We cover complete software testing methodologies starting from basics concepts
including SDLC, Agile-Scrum, quality assurance processes that includes requirement
analysis, test plan formulation, test case writing and execution, defect tracking using
Jira, ALM, VSTS tools. Students will learn the Java programming language used to
create automated test scripts in Selenium. Database and API testing will be covered
to build a solid testing background for students.
Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
Software Quality Assurance (SQA) is a diversified role in the software development
process where the general goal of a SQA person is to verify and validate the software
according to the business requirements. A SQA professional tests all aspects of
software through manual and automated testing.
